We’re turning the volume all the way up for the Big Game on Sunday, Feb. 8, 2026, with an over-the-top viewing party on the Strip. For $250 per person, fans get premium seating, a tailgate-style buffet and an all-you-can-drink premium open bar starting at 2 p.m. It’s the ultimate way to watch football - Cabo Wabo style.

We’re talking all the game-day heavy hitters: chips and salsa, guac, salads, shrimp cocktail, wings, sliders, BBQ ribs, Gruyère mac ’n’ cheese and sweet finishes like churros and brownie bites. Behind the bar, the crew will be slinging well cocktails and rock-star pours featuring Santo Tequila, Santo Mezquila and Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, plus ice-cold Sammy’s Red Rock Lager for the beer fans.

And the screens? They’re everywhere. With a wall of big-screen TVs - including a massive 200-inch video grid - every seat in the cantina will have a front-row view of every play, replay and celebration.
