Cabo Wabo Cantina

¡Salud! Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a special dish available from Friday, May 3 through Sunday, May 5; and patio parties on Saturday, May 4 and Sunday, May 5.

Executive Chef Tacho Kneeland will prepare a shrimp cocktail appetizer with fresh poached shrimp, prepared with a spicy house made cocktail sauce, served in an 18-ounce schooner glass. Garnished with fresh tomato, red onion, cilantro and avocado, the shrimp cocktail is priced at $21.95.

Cabo Wabo will liven up The Strip with patio parties, complete with a DJ, on Saturday, May 4 and Sunday, May 5 from noon until 3 a.m. A wide selection of signature cocktails and margaritas will be available, including the CW Margarita with Cabo Wabo Tequila and Grand Mariner, priced at $13; and the Cocorita made with Cabo Wabo Blanco Tequila, lime juice, crème of coconut, served on the rocks, rimmed with freshly toasted coconut, priced at $14. Strip-side partiers may also enjoy drink specials including the Cabo Flight, served with three 1-ounce pours of tequila including: Cabo Wabo Blanco, Cabo Wabo Reposado and Cabo Wabo Anejo, priced at $22; and buckets of beer, priced at $23
