Cabo Wabo Cantina

Watch the courts heat up during March Mayhem at Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, with game day bites and cocktails, beginning Tuesday, March 15.

Courtside classics at Cabo Wabo include the nacho platter, crafted with a house cheese blend, beans, jalapeños, queso sauce, cotija cheese and pico de gallo, topped with sour cream and guacamole; carne asada tacos, made with corn tortillas and topped with grilled steak, salsa arbol, avocado, cilantro and onions; and chicken wings, served with hot and spicy barbecue sauce and ranch dressing, among others.

Signature cocktails include Sammy’s Toasted Colada, infused with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, Coco Lopez and pineapple juice, served on the rocks and garnished with freshly toasted coconut; and El Santo, made with Santo Mezquila, freshly crushed jalapeños, orange and pineapple juice, chipotle pepper and agave, among others. Draft beer and tequila selections are also available.

All college basketball games will be displayed on flat-panel, big-screen TVs, visible throughout in the cantina. TV screens include: a 200-inch video grid; 200-inch projection screen; a 110-inch high-definition TV; two 80-inch high-definition TVs; and 25 75-inch high-definition TVs.
