Cabo Wabo Cantina Will Tackle Thirst During Football Season with New Cocktails Inspired by the Fall Season

At Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, football and fall go together like chips and salsa. To celebrate, Sammy Hagar’s rockin’ cantina will offer great views and new autumnal cocktails for guests to cheer on their favorite teams this football season, starting Sunday, Sept. 10.

The seasonal sips will incorporate all-star fall flavors such as pumpkin, apples and cinnamon. At the top of Cabo’s stacked cocktail depth chart will be a pumpkin spice margarita, handcrafted with Milagro Blanco tequila, Grand Mariner, fresh lime juice, pumpkin syrup and a dash of fall spices. To prepare you for kickoff, the bartenders will stir up a Kentucky cold brew, made with Jim Beam Bourbon and a splash of limoncello, Cabo Wabo’s home-brewed coffee and sweet cream. The autumn gin and tonic, a twist on a classic, will be made with fresh apple and cinnamon-infused Hendrick’s gin. Cabo Wabo will put its spin on the popular tailgate staple with a signature bloody mary, made with Tito’s vodka and house bloody mary mix. Throughout the regular season, the four seasonal cocktails will be priced at $10 on Sundays. The cantina’s full roster of signature cocktails and beers, including an assortment made with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum and the Red Rocker’s Santo tequilas, will also be available.

With great views throughout the cantina, guests can enjoy game day action on flat-panel, big-screen TVs, including a 200-inch video grid; a 200-inch projection screen; a 110-inch high-definition TV; two 80-inch high-definition TVs; and 25 75-inch high-definition TVs. Guests will also be able to order a selection of elevated stadium favorites, such as fundido de queso con chorizo, a trio of creamy Mexican cheese melted on a skillet with house-made pork chorizo, served with warm tortillas and salsa arbol; shredded chicken taquitos with a house cheese blend, crema Mexicana, cotija cheese and guacamole; and the nacho platter, topped with a house cheese blend, beans, jalapeños, queso sauce, cotija cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole; among others.
