Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will ring in 2024 with a premium beverage package and panoramic views, beginning at 9 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 31.

A premier location with views of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, Cabo Wabo will toast the new year with an unforgettable celebration that will include bottomless cocktails throughout the evening. Priced starting at $300 per person, the package includes all-you-can-drink beverages, as well as access to Cabo Wabo’s Strip-side patio and The LOFT, the restaurant’s luxurious upstairs space. Guests who want the most spectacular views of the celebration can reserve the upgraded rail-side patio packages, priced at $500 per person.

Guests recovering from New Year’s Eve festivities can enjoy Cabo Wabo’s hearty breakfast menu on New Year’s Day, beginning at 8 a.m. Selections include the chilaquiles con huevos made with fresh tortilla chips, shredded chicken, red or green sauce and Oaxaca cheese topped with two eggs any style; the CW eggs benedict made with poached eggs atop an English muffin with machaca and chorizo, melted pepper jack cheese and hollandaise sauce served with a side of Cabo Wabo potatoes; and the huevos rancheros made from mixed cheese, salsa arbol and two fried eggs served on a warm corn tortilla with a side of Cabo Wabo potatoes.

The rodeo finals are riding back into town and, to celebrate, Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will offer a nod to rodeo finals attendees with a limited-time-only bourbon flight, from Thursday, Dec. 7 until Saturday, Dec. 16.

The rockin’ Strip-side cantina offers panoramic views of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip from its outdoor patio and will be pouring a bourbon flight ‘covering’ any rider or fan. Priced at $28, the flight will feature four different bourbons ranging in finishes and tastes. The flight will be available for order all day at the restaurant and bar during the 10-day event. Also, available is the Troublemaker. Handcrafted with premium bourbon, Aperol, ginger ale and fresh lemon, the signature cocktail can be ordered by the glass or by the pitcher to share with a group of fellow rodeo fans.

To go with Cabo Wabo’s bourbon offerings, Executive Chef Tacho Kneeland will be preparing signature dishes such as the carne asada tacos, topped with salsa arbol, avocado, cilantro and onions on corn tortillas served with rice and beans; or the Jack and Coke BBQ bacon cheeseburger topped with lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, a Jack and Coke BBQ Sauce, fried onions and pickles, served on a warm bun with crispy fries.

In celebration of Black Friday, Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will offer a discount on breakfast, available exclusively on Friday, Nov. 24.

From 8 to 11 a.m., holiday shoppers can visit Cabo Wabo Cantina to receive 10% off breakfast with Miracle Mile receipt date for Friday, Nov. 24. Starting Saturday, Oct. 1 and until close on Halloween, Cabo Wabo will donate $1 from each Vojito cocktail sold to Susan G. Komen Nevada. The nonprofits mission is to save lives by meeting the most critical needs of their communities and investing in breakthrough research to prevent and cure breast cancer.

Cabo Wabo’s signature Vojito is packed with flavor and handcrafted with berry vodka, fresh blackberries, blueberries, lime and mint, house sour mix and topped with soda water, priced at $16.45. For an additional $11, patrons may purchase the souvenir hurricane glass etched with Cabo Wabo’s logo.

Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will take a bite out of National Taco Day on Wednesday, Oct. 4 with a pork belly taco plate, available Thursday, Sept. 28 through Thursday, Oct. 10.

Cabo Wabo’s festive tacos will be served on corn tortillas with fried pork belly and topped with radishes, guacamole, red onion, cilantro and queso fresca. The plate will come with three tacos and a side of rice, beans and tomatillo avocado salsa, priced at $24.95. In addition, Cabo Wabo’s full menu of delicious tacos will be available, including crispy beef tacos filled with shredded beef shot ribs, salsa arbol, lettuce, sour cream, cotija cheese, served on corn tortillas; and shrimp tacos with grilled shrimp, shredded lettuce, chipotle aioli, fresh tomatoes, cilantro, lime, topped with pickled onions and served on flour tortillas, among others.

To prepare you for kickoff, the bartenders will stir up a Kentucky cold brew, made with Jim Beam Bourbon and a splash of limoncello, Cabo Wabo’s home-brewed coffee and sweet cream. The autumn gin and tonic, a twist on a classic, will be made with fresh apple and cinnamon-infused Hendrick’s gin. Cabo Wabo will put its spin on the popular tailgate staple with a signature bloody mary, made with Tito’s vodka and house bloody mary mix. Throughout the regular season, the four seasonal cocktails will be priced at $10 on Sundays.
