Cabo Wabo Cantina to Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with Green Beer, Margaritas, Enchiladas and More

Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a shamrockin’ selection of green beer, margaritas, enchiladas and more, available exclusively on Friday, March 17.

Cabo Wabo will kick off the Irish-inspired fiesta with green beer, priced at $9; and green margaritas, available frozen or on the rocks, with prices starting at $14.

Green enchiladas will be available, made with the choice between shredded chicken or beef, a house blend of Mexican cheese and smothered in a specialty green salsa verde, priced at $20.95. Green tortilla chips will also be offered, served with the cantina’s famous house-made salsa, priced at $7.50; served with queso dip for $12.45; or fresh guacamole for $14.95.

Happy hour specials, including half-off draft beer, margaritas, sangrias and select appetizers, will be available from 3 to 5 p.m.

Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will dine and drink throughout the college basketball tournament, hosting March Mayhem viewing parties with game day bites and cocktails beginning Thursday, March 16.

Classic courtside bites at Cabo Wabo include carne asada tacos, corn tortillas topped with grilled steak, salsa arbol, avocado, cilantro and onions; the nacho platter, topped with a house cheese blend, beans, jalapeños, queso sauce, cotija cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole; and chicken wings, served with hot and spicy barbecue sauce and ranch dressing; among others.

Signature cocktails will include the “El Santo,” made with Santo Mezquila, freshly crushed jalapeños, orange and pineapple juice, chipotle pepper and agave; “Can’t Drive 55,” crafted with Cabo Wabo Blanco Tequila, Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, vodka, gin and lime, orange pineapple and cranberry juices, topped with Disaronno Amaretto; and “The Troublemaker,” made with bourbon, Aperol, ginger ale and fresh lemon; among others. Draft beer and tequila selections will also be available.

All college basketball games will be displayed on flat-panel, big-screen TVs, visible throughout in the cantina. TV screens include: a 200-inch video grid; 200-inch projection screen; a 110-inch high-definition TV; two 80-inch high-definition TVs; and 25 75-inch high-definition TVs.

Cabo Wabo will require a minimum purchase of $125 for guests dining up to four hours; and $200 for guests dining more than four hours on Thursday, March 16 through Sunday, March 19.

Cabo Wabo Cantina Invites Spring Breakers to Sip and Socialize Strip-Side Throughout March

 

There are no siestas, only fiestas at Cabo Wabo Cantina! Located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, the Strip-side cantina will become Vegas’ ultimate destination for spring break parties with drink specials, live entertainment, breakfast and late nights throughout March.

Drink specials include 50-ounce glasses of red or white sangria; and 50-ounce glasses of Cabo Wabo’s classic margarita served in a souvenir glass, priced at $21 during happy hour from 3 to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Additional happy hour offerings include half-off regular margaritas, red or white sangria, draft beers and select appetizers.
