Cabo Wabo Cantina is turning it up a nacho! The Mexican cantina will celebrate National Nachos Day on Monday, Nov. 6 with a variety of nacho dishes.

Featured selections include the nacho platter, made with house cheese blend, beans, jalapenos, cojita cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole, with the option to add grilled chicken, carne asada or grilled shrimp, starting at $14.95; and the huevos de nacho served with two fried eggs over Cabo Wabo cheese nachos, topped with guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo, priced at $11.95, served between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.

Cabo Wabo Cantina will celebrate Halloween and Dia de los Muertos with a costume contest on Saturday, Oct. 28 and a handcrafted spooky cocktail and patio parties from Friday, Oct. 27 through Tuesday, Oct. 31.

The Resurrection cocktail is made with Revel Roasted Stoke pecan whiskey, amaretto, Stoli vanilla vodka and cream soda, rimmed with crushed pretzels, priced at $12. Patio parties will feature live music by Jeremy James starting at 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 27; Ryan Whyte Maloney starting at noon on Sunday, Oct. 29; and Steven Iverman starting at 8 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 30 and Tuesday, Oct. 31. Additionally, Halloween revelers can participate in Cabo Wabo’s Halloween contest on Saturday, Oct. 28 starting at 9 p.m. The patron to win ‘best costume’ at the restaurant will be awarded a $50 bar tab that can be applied to the purchase of cocktails at that bar that evening.

Olé for Taco Day! Cabo Wabo Cantina will celebrate National Taco Day with signature tacos on Wednesday, Oct. 4.

The rockin’ cantina will feature the short rib beef barbacoa tacos, made with slow cooked beef short rib, salsa arbol, avocado, cilantro, onion and corn tortillas, priced at $15.95; the Baja-style, grilled fish tacos, made with freshly grilled white fish, flour tortillas, cabbage, chipotle crema, fresh tomatoes, cilantro, onion and lime, priced at $16.95; and the carne asada tacos, featuring juicy grilled steak, salsa arbol, avocado, corn tortillas, cilantro and onions, priced at $15.95.

One tequila, two tequila, three tequila, more! Cabo Wabo Cantina will celebrate National Tequila Day with a week of shot specials from Monday, July 24 to Friday, July 28.

The rockin’ Strip-side cantina will offer 50 percent off of select Blanco tequila shots, including Cabo Wabo, Espolon, Herradura and Exotico.  Guests can also enjoy signature tequila cocktails including the CW Margarita, a blend of signature Cabo Wabo tequila and Grand Marnier; priced at $13; and the Margarita Verde, a classic taste of premium Cabo Wabo Blanco tequila, lime, fresh cucumber and cilantro, priced at $14.

Party like a patriot this Independence Day with an unforgettable patio party with live music, fireworks and delicious food and drinks from Friday, June 30 to Tuesday, July 4.

Cabo Wabo’s patio party will feature the Cabo Flight, which includes Cabo Wabo Blanco, Cabo Wabo Reposado and Cabo Wabo Anejo, priced at $21. Guests can also enjoy signature dishes like the nacho platter, made with a house cheese blend, beans, jalapeños, cotija cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole, priced at $14.95; carne asada tacos, made with grilled steak, salsa arbol, avocado, corn tortillas, cilantro and onions, priced at $15.95; and the Cabo Wabo chimichanga, made with picadillo beef, mixed cheese, queso sauce, served with fresh guacamole, priced at $17.95. The celebration will be complete with views of the fireworks and live music.

Moms rock! Cabo Wabo Cantina will celebrate moms this Mother’s Day with a complimentary blood orange, traditional or Bellini “mom-mosa” with the purchase of one breakfast entrée from 8 to 11 a.m. on Sunday, May 14.

Mother’s may choose from a variety of signature breakfast items, including the decadent croissant French Toast, a fresh baked croissant prepared into French toast, topped with warm maple syrup, fresh berries, powdered sugar and whipped cream, priced at $10.95; CW eggs benedict, made with layers of machaca, chorizo and poached eggs on an English muffin, topped with melted pepper-jack cheese and hollandaise, priced at $13.95; and the huevos de nacho, two fried eggs served over Cabo Wabo cheese nachos, topped with guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo, priced at $12.95. To receive the special offer, all moms must be accompanied by another guest who orders an entrée.

Cabo Wabo Cantina celebrates Memorial Day Weekend with signature cocktails, drink specials and live entertainment on its Strip-side patio from Friday, May 26 through Monday, May 29.

Cabo Wabo will celebrate with signature cocktails, drink specials, mouthwatering menu items and entertainment. Performing live on the Strip-side patio, Shawn Eiferman will take the stage at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 25; and Justin Carder will perform at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 26. Drink specials will include Dos Equis and Heineken beer buckets, priced at $21, and signature cocktails including the Vojito, handcrafted with Devotion Black and Blue vodka, fresh berries, fresh mint and lime juice, priced at $13; and the CW Mai Tai, a combination of Sammy’s beach bar rum, Sailor Jerry rum, orgeat, orange curacao, tropical juices, grenadine and topped with a float of Myer’s rum, priced at $14.

Signature Cabo Wabo dishes will also be available including the signature nacho platter, artisan tortilla chips topped with a house cheese blend, refried beans, jalapeños, cotija cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole, priced at $14.95; and the appetizer sampler, served with taquitos, mini chimichangas, wings, cheese quesadillas, nacho skillet, guacamole and salsa arbol, priced at $26.95.
