Cabo Wabo Cantina will bring the luck on St. Patrick’s Day with special Irish dishes and sham-rockin’ Strip-side patio parties.
Executive Chef Tacho Kneeland has created dishes, available exclusively from Friday, March 15 through Sunday, March 17, using a combination of Mexican and Irish ingredients, including the torta de Rueben, made with corned beef, pepper jack cheese, Russian dressing spread and sauerkraut on bolillo bread, served with fries, priced at $16.95; and a corned beef quesadilla with Oaxaca cheese, sauerkraut and Russian dressing spread on a flour tortilla, served with rice, beans, guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream, priced at $19.95.
Cabo Wabo will host parties on the outdoor patio overlooking the Strip, featured by a DJ on Saturday, March 16 and Sunday, March 17 from noon until 3 a.m. In honor of the St. Patrick’s Day, all draft beers will be served green on Sunday, March 17, with prices starting at $7.
Cabo Wabo Cantina will become Vegas’ spring break party hotspot with drink specials, live entertainment, breakfast and late nights throughout March.
Drink specials include 50-ounce glasses of red or white sangria; and 50-ounce glasses of Cabo Wabo’s classic margarita served in a souvenir glass, priced at $19 during happy hour from 3 to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Additional happy hour offerings include 50-percent-off margaritas, sangria, draft beers and select appetizers.
Spring breakers can party on Cabo Wabo’s outdoor patio overlooking the Las Vegas Strip, featuring live music throughout the day on Sundays and on Monday nights. Drink specials will include Dos Equis beer buckets, priced at $23.
The cantina will also cure hangovers with breakfast selections offered daily from 8 to 11 a.m. A variety of sweet and savory items will include the croissant French toast, a freshly-baked croissant classically prepared into French toast, topped with warm maple syrup, fresh berries, powdered sugar and whipped cream, priced at $10.95; and huevos de nacho, a plate of Cabo Wabo’s signature cheese nachos topped with two fried eggs, guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo, priced at $12.95. Bottomless mimosas and bellinis will be available for $24.99.

Fans can cheer on their teams with sideline-inspired food dishes, including the ‘Mad Platter’ nachos, made with artisan tortilla chips topped with a house cheese blend, refried beans, jalapeños, cotija cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream and guacamole, priced at $14.95; and the appetizer sampler, served with taquitos, mini chimichangas, wings, cheese quesadillas, nacho skillet, guacamole and salsa arbol, priced at $26.95. Buckets of beer will be priced at $23.
The LOFT, the luxury event space located directly above Cabo Wabo Cantina, will become the hub for viewing parties, with games displayed on multiple flat-panel, big-screen TVs, including a 200-inch video grid, a 200-inch projection screen and two 80-inch high-definition TVs. Cabo Wabo Cantina, located Strip-side at the Miracle Mile Shops, will feature a jumbo margarita on Friday, Feb. 22 for National Margarita Day. Cabo Wabo will serve its classic hand-crafted margarita, made with Cuervo Tradicional tequila, and poured into a 50-ounce souvenir glass, priced at $19 during happy hour from 3 to 5 p.m. The extra-large margarita is perfect for sharing with a friend, or sipped on solo. Margarita lovers can also enjoy Cabo Wabo’s signature margarita selection including the Cocorita, Desert Pear Margarita and Margarita Verde.

The football fiesta will be fueled by an all-you-can-eat-and-drink buffet, priced at $200 per person. The highly anticipated football game will be displayed on flat-panel, big-screen TVs, visible throughout in the cantina. The rocking cantina will welcome 2019 with an unforgettable Strip-side patio party, complete with unobstructed views of Las Vegas’ New Year’s Eve fireworks display. General admission to the patio starts at $200 per person and includes an all-you-can-drink beverage package, patio access, and live entertainment.

Sammy Hagar’s Strip-side rocking cantina will get the party ‘startled’ with the ‘Once Bitten’ cocktail, created with Bacardi Cuatro, St. Germain, ginger beer, lime juice, swirled with blood orange puree. In spirit of the holiday, the cocktail will be served in a skull-shaped souvenir glass, priced at $13.
