Hats off to happy hour! Cabo Wabo Cantina has introduced a new happy hour menu offered Monday through Thursday from 3 to 6 p.m.

Cabo Wabo’s happy hour selections include chicken, beef or pork tacos, served street-style and priced at $3 each; and daily beer and shot specials starting at $5. Regular menu selections are also available for purchase during happy hour, and include the shrimp tacos prepared with crispy breaded shrimp, cabbage, chipotle crema, pico de gallo and lime, wrapped in a warm flour tortilla and served with rice and refried beans, priced at $16.95; the Wabolicious cheeseburger, topped with pepper jack cheese, guacamole and pico de gallo, priced at $16.95.

Piña coladas for breakfast? Absolutely! Cabo Wabo Cantina will celebrate National Piña Colada Day with a piña colada-inspired breakfast special from Monday, July 6 to Friday, July 10.

A cocktail-inspired variation of a breakfast favorite, the piña colada pancakes are made with the cantina’s original buttermilk pancakes, topped with homemade pineapple syrup and fresh pineapple slices. Garnished with whipped cream and freshly toasted coconut, the specialty is served from 8 to 11 a.m. and priced at $13.95.

Cabo Wabo’s spin on the classic cocktail, Sammy’s Toasted Colada, is made with Sammy’s Beach Bar rum, Coco Lopez and fresh pineapple juice, priced at $14.

New selections include the Reverse Cowgirl, a Mai Tai-inspired daiquiri, crafted with Bacardi 151 rum. Signature flavors will also be available for purchase and include the Vida Loca daiquiri, made with guava, pineapple and coconut; strawberry, piña colada and margarita. Guests may enjoy daiquiris from souvenir vessels including Cabo Wabo’s hurricane glass, priced at $20; or the 45 ounce glass, priced at $30.

Party like a patriot this Independence Day! Sammy Hagar’s rockin’ cantina will celebrate America by hosting an unforgettable patio party with drink specials, live music, fireworks and more from Friday, July 3 to Sunday, July 5.

The patriotic Fiesta Firework daiquiri will be available for $19, layered with strawberry daiquiri, piña colada and blue curacao.
